As part of our Food Project, UUA places an order for 1,500 packaged ready-made meals each and every day. The meals are manufactured by the Premium Services company. This company came into existence in 2021, only a year before the large-scale invasion of Ukraine, with the aim of making gourmet style meals available in a ready-made forms.

United Ukraine Appeal partnered with Save a Child Global Pediatric Network to rescue nearly 13 children with visual impairments and their guardians from conflict zones including Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa. As a result of our partnership with FoodieBox – Ukrainian Food Manufacturer (based in Boryspil, Kyiv region), we were able to provide packaged ready meals (a wide variety of meat dishes) to more than a thousand local families in Izum and Yampil in Kharkiv area. Meals are sealed and can be stored for 6-24 months.

These generators are already powering critical hospital operations during frequent interruptions to the power supply.
