Psychologist Yurii Kashpur from Kyiv Institute of Rehabilitation shared insights from 3.5 years of trauma work during the war.
His talk focused on:
1. The silent wounds of war — emotional and psychological struggles that remain long after the fighting ends.
2. Reintegration challenges — coming home doesn’t always mean peace, and many still carry the weight of the battlefield inside.
3. The role of psychologists — supporting people through pain, anger, and isolation, with strength and understanding.
4. A flexible approach to recovery — not strict methods, but human, adaptable care that fits real-life needs.
5. A new shared identity — even those far from the front are part of shaping post-war life.
Sincere thanks to every donor and supporter.
